Lucky Isreal Palmer, a Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) councillorship candidate in Ugono-Orogun, Ughelli North local government area of Delta State has been arrested by the Nigerian Police due to his alleged involvement in kidnapping activities.

According to Advocate, Palmer’s arrest took place on Friday at a PDP leaders’ meeting held at Chief George Oyefia’s country home in Orogun, where he was being ratified as a candidate.
