BREAKING: Ex-NIMASA Director, Captain Agaba Sentenced to 7-Years Imprisonment Over N1.5bn Fraud | Daily Report Nigeria

Former Executive Director of Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency (NIMASA), Captain Ezekiel Bala Agaba, has been sentenced by a Federal High Court in Lagos, to seven years imprisonment for laundering over N1.5bn.

Agaba was alleged to have looted the money from the agency during his tenure.

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), had in 2015 arraigned Agaba with nine others before the Lagos Federal High Court.
