Governor Mike had accused Farah of disrupting the primary election of assembly members with cultists a day earlier, and declared him wanted.

However, the governorship aspirant of the Peoples Democratic Party has been granted bail by the court after spending 62 days in incarceration.

The Ijaw-born federal lawmaker was granted a N20 million bail or a surety on like sum with a landed property equivalent to the same amount.

Justice Chiwendu Nworgu granted Farah Dagogo bail after listening to arguments from counsels to both the defendant and the Rivers State Government.
