The Federal Government has appointed a 14-man team that will review the proposals of
Emeritus Professor, Nimi Briggs’ committee heading the renegotiation of the 2009 Agreement between the government and Academic Staff Union of Universities, and the Senior Staff Association of Nigerian Universities as well as others.
The Spokesperson for the Ministry of Education, Ben Goong told correspondents after the meeting that the committee would be chaired by the Minister of Education, Adamu Adamu.
The 14-man committee comprises some pro-chancellors, vice-chancellors, and other stakeholders.
