Bisi Egbeyemi, the immediate past Ekiti Deputy Governor, is dead.
Egbeyemi, who served as deputy governor to Governor Kayode Fayemo, died aged 78.

He served in the office between 2018 and 2022.
The former deputy governor reportedly died around 8 pm on Friday following a brief illness.
Egbeyemi passed on at a private hospital in Ado-Ekiti, the Ekiti State capital.
No official statement had been made by the family as of press time.
