BREAKING: Gunmen Abduct DPO in Kaduna | Daily Report Nigeria

Gunmen suspected to be terrorists have kidnapped a Divisional Police Officer in Birnin Gwari, Kaduna State.

DAILY REPORT gathered that the DPO was abducted in the early hours of Monday, June 27, when the bandits were operated along Kaduna-Birnin Gwari highway.

The victim, who was was just recently posted to the area, was reportedly on his way to Birnin Gwari to report at his duty post‎ when he was kidnapped.

The Kaduna Police Command was yet to confirm the incident as of press time.

The incident is coming just days after terrorists kidnapped a DPO in Nasarawa State and demanded N5 million ransom.
