  • The wife of retired Assistant Inspector General of Police, Hakeem Odumosu, has been kidnapped.

  •  Heavily armed men stormed the Odumosu home.

  • The Ogun State Police Command has deployed operatives to secure Mrs. Odumosu’s release.

In an early morning raid, heavily armed men kidnapped the wife of retired Assistant Inspector General of Police, Hakeem Odumosu, from her residence in the Arepo area of Ogun State.

The abduction occurred on Friday, with the kidnappers storming the Odumosu home and shooting sporadically.

According to available information, Mrs. Odumosu was taken away by the gunmen, who seemed to have carried out the operation with precision.

The Ogun State Police Command has swiftly responded to the incident, deploying operatives to secure Mrs. Odumosu’s release.

The police are working to ensure the safe return of Mrs. Odumosu, but no official statement has been released yet.

Gunmen Kidnap Two Nigerian Catholic Sisters In Anambra

Vincentia Maria Nwankwo and Grace Mariette Okoli, two Catholic reverend sisters, were on Tuesday evening abducted by unknown gunmen in Anambra State.

The nuns were returning from a vocational association meeting in Ogboji when they were taken along Ufuma Road in the Orumba South local government area.
