The proscribed Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) have been listed as the 10th deadliest terrorist group in the world.

This was obtained from the Global Terrorism Index (GTI)— a report published annually by the Institute for Economics and Peace (IEP).

Its index provided a comprehensive summary of the key global trends and patterns in terrorism since 2000.
