Morocco on Tuesday defeated Spain 3-0 on penalties in their Round of 16 encounter at the ongoing FIFA World Cup in Qatar.The Atlas Lions held their cool to dump out the 2010 world champions at the Education City Stadium in Al Rayyan.Both teams played out a scoreless draw after 120 minutes in an encounter Spain had over 70% of ball possession.However, Moroccan goalkeeper, Bono turned the hero, saving three spot kicks from Sarabia, Soler and Sergio Busquets to send the Morocco bench into eruption.Achraf Hakimi scored the winning penalty after substitute Sabiri and Hakim Ziyech had scored their penalties.Details later…
