Chief Dr Dennis Otuaro, who was recently appointed as the Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP) has resumed office in Abuja.

Today, March 18 around 2 pm, Otuaro arrived at the PAP office and received a warm welcome from both the staff and top management.
