Over 20 members of The Lord’s Chosen Church have reportedly died in a road accident that occurred on Friday, April 19, 2024, in Owerri, Imo State.
According to reports, the accident took place at the Orogwe end of the Owerri-Onitsha expressway when the members, who were traveling to Owerri for the Church’s City Wide crusade, collided with a tipper in their luxurious bus.
It was reported that the church’s general overseer, Lazarus Muoka, had earlier arrived in the state through Sam Mbakwe cargo airport and was received by senior members of the church.
