Presidential election tribunal: AA withdraws petition against Tinubu
The Action Alliance has withdrawn its petition against President-elect, Bola Tinubu.
The withdrawal of the petition against Tinubu took place at the ongoing pre-hearing of the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal in Abuja.

Meanwhile, no reason was given for the withdrawal of the petition.
Justices presiding over the hearing are; Chief Registrar of the Court of Appeal, Haruna Tsammani; Justice Stephen Adah of the Court of Appeal Asaba division, Justice Misitura Bolaji-Yusuf, Court of Appeal also of Asaba Division; Justice Boloukuoromo Ugoh of Kano division and Justice Abba Mohammed of Ibadan Court of Appeal.
