Presidential candidate of Labour Partys, Peter Obi has picked Dr. Doyin Okupe as his running mate.
The popular businessman announced his emergence as vice presidential candidate of the third force to People Gazette on Friday evening via a phone call.
According to Okupe, he was as running mate to Obo because he was found worthy to serve.

“Yes, I am the vice-presidential candidate of our party because I was found worthy by the candidate and the party to serve,” he said to The Gazette by telephone Friday evening.”
Meanwhile, the Independent National Electoral Commission had given all political parties until the end of Friday to submit a running mate.
