Vice President of Nigeria, Kashim Shettima on Thursday met with President Vladimir Putin of Russia at the ongoing Russia-Africa Summit.
The summit between President Putin and African leaders began in St. Petersburg on Thursday, with a turnout lower turnout than previous years.
The two-day event will hold on July 27 and 28 following Russia’s decision to withdraw from the Black Sea Grain Initiative, brokered by Turkey and the UN in a deal that allowed Ukraine to safely export grain to Africa through the Black Sea ports.
