The Presidential Election Petition Tribunal(PEPT) has announced an official date to deliver its judgment on the election petition filed by Peter Obi of the Labour Party and Abubakar Atiku of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) against Bola Tinubu of the All Progressives Congress (APC).

PEPT fixed Wednesday, September 6, 2023, for the final judgment of the petition by the PDP, and LP which challenged the election of Tinubu as president of the country.
