Inspite of siege by Donald Trump’s supporters, the US Congress has finally Certified Joe Biden as the president elect.
Ignoring pressure from President Donald Trump, Vice President Mike Pence certified the Electoral College count of 306 electors in favor of the Democrat, Joe Biden against 232 in favor of outgoing Republican President Donald Trump.
The move has thus confirmed Joe Biden as the 46th president of the United States of America.
