Bola Tinubu, former governor of Lagos state has admitted Nigerians have experienced some of the most difficult and challenging times during the administration of President Muhammadu Buhari.
The National Leader of the All Progressives Congress, APC, however described Buhari as a great reformer and democrat.
Tinubu made the remark in a congratulatory statement to mark Buhari’s 79th birthday.
