This was followed by Burna Boy’s anthem “Last Last” in second place, while Wizkid’s chart-topping hit “Essence,” featuring Tems, came in third. Other tracks that made it to the top 10 include Tems’ “Free Mind” at number four, and Burna Boy’s “Ye” securing the fifth position.

The list also featured tracks like “Location” by Dave and Burna Boy, another version of “Calm Down” by Rema, Ayra Starr’s “Rush,” Burna Boy’s “On The Low,” and Wizkid’s “Come Closer,” which features international artist Drake.

In addition to celebrating these achievements, Apple Music also highlighted Nigeria’s rich cultural diversity by spotlighting several Afrobeats stars from different regions. Among those featured were 2Baba from Jos, Omah Lay from Port Harcourt, Odumodublvck from Abuja, Shallipopi from Benin City, Seyi Vibez from Lagos, Jeriq from Enugu, Bloody Civilian from Abuja, and Qing Madi from Benin City.
