Grammy-winning Nigerian artist, Damini Ogulu, known as Burna Boy, indirectly referred to his colleague Davido as a “joke.”
This remark came as Burna Boy responded to a Davido fan who insulted him for not winning four Grammys recently.
The exchange occurred on Burna Boy’s social media post, where the fan, using Davido’s image as their profile picture, called Burna Boy an “ode.”

“Ode, bottled four Grammys,” to which Burna Boy replied, “The actual joke is in your display pic.”
Burna Boy later removed his response after the fan changed their profile picture from Davido to another image.
When another fan criticized Burna Boy for deleting his comment, Burna Boy clarified that he did so because the troll had changed their profile picture.
