Afrobeats star Burna Boy, whose real name is Damini Ogulu, has shared that he’s feeling nostalgic for his past self.
The “Last Last” singer admitted on X that he feels disconnected from his old, angrier persona and now views himself as “soft” for not being as irate as before.
Burna Boy also addressed the confusion over his new album release. After announcing it would come out at “12 am” on July 29, he clarified that he only specified the time, not the date.

In a post on Sunday, he wrote, “Ladies and gentlemen, pay attention to detail. I said 12 am, not what date. It’s not that I misled you, you just missed the details.”
