Burutu 2023: Youth Leader Canvasses Delegates Support For Pondi

In a chat with Daily Report Nigeria on Tuesday, Uyadonghan said Pondi has gathered requisite experience to attract national presence to the constituency.

“As a young and vibrant young man, Pondi has displayed effective representation beyond the expectations of many.

“Not so many lawmakers can exercise legislative duties with confidence in a first tenure, but Pondi did almost effortlessly.

“Legislators and all elective office holders are judged by performance, and Pondi has performed excellently. The people of Burutu Federal Constituency owe it to themselves to elect a lawmaker with a good record.

“The bills for the establishment of the Federal College of Fishery and Aquaculture and that of the Federal Institute of Diving Technology sponsored by Pondi, will install national presence to the constituency for the first time.

“Let’s also bear in mind that every ward in the constituency has a project executed by the lawmaker in just six years. What else are we to look at,” he quizzed.

Uyadonghan called on delegates to go into the polls with the mindset of voting in the best man to make laws for the people.

“We have long clamored for good leadership and representation. Pondi elucidates that. And as such, I expect delegates to vote for the best man to make profiting laws for the people, and not otherwise.

“At this point in history, Burutu people deserve the best and should not be given anything less,” Uyadonghan added.
