Carlton Palmer, the former Leeds United and Southampton player, has weighed in on Wilfred Ndidi future at Leicester City, suggesting that the midfielder could be on his way out during the upcoming off-season.
Palmer hinted that several Premier League clubs, including Tottenham Hotspur, Aston Villa, Newcastle United, and Wolverhampton Wanderers, are poised to ramp up their efforts to secure Ndidi’s signature on a free transfer.
Additionally, Palmer mentioned that Barcelona has shown interest in the midfielder, indicating potential overseas opportunities for Wilfred Ndidi.

“Wilfred Ndidi, he is attracting a lot of interest, a lot of attention, from Premier League clubs,” the former England international told Football League World.
“Spurs, Aston Villa, Newcastle, Wolves to name four. Wilfred Ndidi is out of contract in the summer.”
Highlighting Ndidi’s substantial weekly wages of approximately £75,000, Palmer suggested that Leicester City might consider offloading him during the summer transfer window. He emphasized, “there is reported interest from abroad, as well with the likes of Barcelona.”
