Over the years, people often joked about their relationship, referring to Tyna as his wife and expressing concern when she fell ill.

Charly Boy acknowledged that he sometimes felt the need for a female companion to help him navigate those difficult moments, given the public perception of their relationship.

He also mentioned that there were misconceptions about her children, with many assuming they were his. Charly Boy actively supported Tyna during her fight against cancer, raising funds for her treatment.

Sadly, she passed away on June 29, 2001, just 17 days after her 47th birthday, leaving a lasting impact on those who knew her.
