Chelsea have confirmed the appointment of Liam Rosenior as the new head coach of the men’s first team, marking a new chapter at Stamford Bridge.
Rosenior arrives with a growing reputation in coaching after an impressive spell with RC Strasbourg, where he guided the French side to European qualification for the first time in 19 years during his debut season. He previously held managerial and coaching roles at Hull City and Derby County, earning praise for his tactical approach and ability to develop young players.

In an official statement released on Tuesday, Chelsea welcomed the former defender and expressed confidence in his leadership.
“Chelsea Football Club is delighted to announce the appointment of Liam Rosenior as head coach of the men’s team. We look forward to his leadership on and off the pitch,” the club said.
Rosenior, who has signed a contract running until 2032, said taking charge at Chelsea was a dream opportunity and promised to protect the club’s winning culture.
