Super Falcons goalkeeper Chiamaka Nnadozie has been shortlisted for the best goalkeeper award in the French D1 Arkema, the women’s top-flight league in France.
Nnadozie is up against tough competition for the award: Christiane Endler from Olympic Lyon and Katarzyna Kiedrzynek from PSG.
This isn’t her first nomination for the accolade. She was also in the running for the top prize last season. Two years ago, she won the Bruno Martini Award for Goalkeeping Revelation of the Season in the French league.
This season, Chiamaka Nnadozie has been in outstanding form for Paris FC, excelling in both the league and the UEFA Women’s Champions League. In March, her performances earned her the Player of the Month award in the French D1 Arkema.
