A trending video has sparked mixed reactions among people, as a Chinese man is seen abusing the naira notes.
According to reports, the yet-to-be-identified Chinese man tore a naira note in front of Lagos state government officials at a Chinese company opposite Eko Kate, along Lekki Epe express road, Lagos state.
He was said to have done this after the officials sealed his premises for violations.
Sharing the video on X(formerly known as Twitter), an X user, Oyindamola wrote
“Yesterday at a Chinese company opposite Eko Kate along Lekki Epe express road, this Chinese man for reasons best known to him pulled out some Naira notes and tore Infront of some Lagos government officials for sealing his premises based on some laws he broke.”
The video has stirred mixed reactions online, with citizens calling in the EFCC and police.
