Cleric Berates Nursing Mothers Who Breastfeed In Public

A Nigerian man has received mixed reactions, after advising women to stop publicly breastfeeding their babies.

According to the man, Bello Muhammed Tahir,  Muslim cleric, he enjoined women to be more conscious about their body and their nudity.

Taking to his Facebook page, he wrote;

“Do not breastfeed in public. Your nudity before marriage remains your nudity after marriage except your husband who can see everything. Even amongst fellow women, don’t bring out your breast to breastfeed,” 

“Some of the nursing mothers are carefree about this. They give out breast for everyone to see in the name of breastfeeding. Every responsible husband should frown at this. Nursing mothers, be guided. Allahumma bārik.”

A Nigerian man has come out to celebrate his pregnant wife, as she delivers their son.

Narrating the hurdles encountered, the man, identified as Olamide Omoregha said she underwent two operations, and had over 50 drips while giving birth to their child.
