Ahead of their matchup with Inter Miami in the Club World Cup last-16, Paris Saint-Germain manager Luis Enrique has issued a warning about the danger posed by the Major League Soccer team’s seasoned players.
With both teams aiming for a spot in the worldwide tournament’s quarterfinals, the eagerly awaited match is scheduled for today Sunday.

With the help of a strong roster of seasoned players, Inter Miami appears ready to put the French champions’ fortitude to the test.
When pointing out the danger men in the American outfit, Enrique didn’t hold back.
He notably mentioned Lionel Messi, Luis Suárez, Sergio Busquets, and Jordi Alba – the quartet of players who were once the heart of Barcelona’s golden generation.
Enrique told reporters:
“I’ve seen all three of Inter Miami’s games and some previous ones, and they have that quality.”
“If we’re not able to press them, it will be difficult to pressure them.”
The former Barcelona’s coach added:
“If we’re not able to take the ball away from them, things don’t look good because Busquets is still the same; Leo Messi is unique on the ball.”
“Luis Suárez, you saw the last goal he scored, what a skill for managing, Jordi Alba coming in deep, he’s still the same,”

These legendary players give Inter Miami a discernible tactical maturity even though their style of play is still evolving.
Their passing rhythm, on-field intelligence, and understanding of where they are on the pitch are all still the same.
Even if PSG is still a strong team, Enrique’s warning emphasises how erratic the Club World Cup can be, particularly when well-known opponents like Messi and Suárez are on the pitch.
Meanwhile, Chelsea and Palmeiras are the only two teams in the competition that have already secured their spots in the quarterfinals.
