Pondi said:
“Today is a very sad day for all of us, particularly for those of us that are very close to our brother and friend. We are here in this number because of the impact the mam has created, not only for family but for community and friends.

“It’s not actually how long you stay on earth that maters. Sunday Feke might have stayed only for 60 years, but his maturity, activities and way of doing things is more than people of hundred years. He will be missed by all of us. I’m particularly very sad.

“Until his death, he was still printing face caps and T-shirts for me. He may have left us today but I believe he is with us in spirit. For the family, you’ll feel the loss, and absence most but be comforted with one thing, that Sunday Feke my brother, lived a good life and touched live.

“We’ll help in anyway we can. He was one of the genuine friends I’ve made politically. Today, Sunday Feke is going to be remembered for so many things.”

CEO Seiya Transport Limited, Clement Moni, on his part, described Feke as a giver and lover.

He said:

“I know Sunday Feke as a Business man. A lover of both young and old. He was a giver.”

Angele, during his goodwill speech begged the honorable members of the party to assist Feke’s family while stating how well he will miss him.

He said:
“We’re very very sad because Sunday Feke was one of our strong members in PDP. When we heard the news, all members were so sorrowful.

“But the Bible says we should give thanks to God for everything that happens. Sunday Feke will no longer plan election with us, very sad. We should remember that Sunday Feke’s family is our family.”

The Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of DABSTIC Dredging and Construction Limited died aged 60.

Feke was married to Christiana Ogenekvwe Feke and their union was blessed with six children.
