Popular Nigerian comedian and actor Ayo Makun, better known as AY has celebrated another milestone as his Christmas movie; Christmas in Miami makes N100 million in just five days
AY made the announcement on his official Instagram page, where he shared a video, revealing that the movie had made N100 million in just five days in the cinemas.
The comic star penned down a sweet message to appreciate his fans for making the move the number 1 Nollywood movie in the cinemas.
He wrote:
“100 MILLION IN 5 DAYS!!!!!!
My aim in life is not to get ahead of others but to get ahead of myself in all that I do; to break my own records; to outstrip my yesterdays by my todays; to bear my trials more beautifully than I ever dreamed I could; to give as I never have given; to do my work with more force and a finer finish than ever.
This is the true idea: to get ahead of myself as I learn daily to be a better entertainer and filmmaker. Thank you Nigeria for making Christmas In Miami the No 1 Nollywood movie in the cinemas.”
