Personnel of the Nigerian military have reportedly invaded Ogbe-Ijoh community.
Daily Report Nigeria reports that the development followed a gun duel between Ogbe-Ijoh and Aladja as both communities resumed rivalry on Thursday.
In what has been condemned as a favouritism move by the military, naval officers were alleged to have invaded the community through land and waterways.
An anonymous source who spoke with our correspondent explained that the officers had “come in during the day and shot sporadically to cause tension in the community.”
