Hand, who earlier lost an assault case against another man, said the appeal “retraumatised” her.
However, she added :
“I can finally move on and try to heal.”
She urged other survivors not to stay silent:
> “You deserve to be heard, you also deserve justice.”
Now, McGregor must also cover full legal costs around €1.5 million.
He skipped the month-long hearings but will soon switch gears to pursue Ireland’s presidency.

Meanwhile, he also battles a U.S. lawsuit filed in January over an alleged 2023 sexual assault at an NBA game in Miami.
Known as “The Notorious” for his octagon wins and outspoken views on immigration, Conor McGregor continues to spark debate both inside and outside sport.
