A Federal High Court in Abuja has issued a warrant of arrest against a British citizen, Andrew Wynne, and three other Nigerians for allegedly plotting to remove President Bola Tinubu and promoting terrorism.”

Justice Emeka Nwite granted the motion ex-parte filed by the Inspector-General of Police, seeking an order for the arrest of Andrew Martin Wynne (aka Andrew Povich), Lucky Ehis Obiyan, Comrade Abdullahi Musa, and others for allegedly planning and coordinating the invasion and burning down of the High Court Complex, NCC office, and Printing Press in Kano.

The affidavit in support of the motion stated that the investigation so far conducted revealed that the fleeing defendants were allegedly responsible for planning and coordination of the invasion and burning down of the High Court Complex, NCC office, and Printing Press in Kano.
