Delta state’s coronavirus saw a huge jump on Saturday as the Nigeria Center for Disease Control, NCDC recorded twenty three confirmed cases against the Big Heart.
Saturday’s statistics saw the NCDC updating the states total figure from 74 to a new figure of 80.
The new charts also see Delta’s neighbor state, Edo recording 22 cases of the virus that pushed it’s total figure to 284.

A combined figure of 553 was recorded as confirmed cases gathered from across the country, with a total figure of 9855 pushing the country statistics tics pretty closer to the ten thousand mark.

While 9855 cases are recorded as confirmed carriers of the dreaded virus, 2856 patients have successfully been discharged while another 273 have been recorded as casualties related to the virus.
