The event will be chaired by the National Publicity Secretary of Ijaw National Congress (INC), Engr. Ezonebi Oyakemeagbegha, while the lawmaker representing Burutu federal Constituency, Julius Pondi will serve as Special Guest of Honour.
Also, foremost media mogul and founder of Capital TV, Ndume Green will speak on the theme ‘Tech and Media Innovation Towards Nigeria’s Progress’.

The ceremony will be crowned with the Delta Edition of the paper’s Merit and Honorary Awards (MAHA 2023).
The awards aim at recognizing and honouring outstanding impacts of leaders across both public and private sectors as well as promoting outstanding leaders and personalities whose impacts have been felt in the political, social, and economic spheres of the state.
The event will hold at the Eagles Class Event Centre Refinery Road, By Ekpan Police Station, Effurun, Delta State.
