Nigerian singer Dammy Krane has responded to KWAM 1’s call to end his online feud with Davido.
The dispute between them began in 2023 when Dammy Krane accused Davido of owing him money. In response, Davido called him ungrateful.
Since then, Dammy Krane has continued to criticize Davido on social media. Recently, he even implicated Davido in the death of his friend, Tagbo Umeike, who died in 2017 from alleged alcohol poisoning after a birthday party at Shisha Lounge in Lekki, Lagos.

KWAM 1 intervened, urging both parties to make peace. In response to KWAM 1’s appeal, Dammy Krane posted on his X, revealing that Davido met with his mother during a visit to the US. He emphasized that Davido still owes him for songwriting services and royalties.
He also expressed willingness to make peace with Davido, influenced by the advice of good-hearted individuals like KWAM 1.
“So, @davido set up a meeting with my mum in Yankee lol. I understand everything. I’ll leave the Tagbo matter to God, thanks to family and K1 De Ultimate. But David, pay for the song I wrote and royalties. PS: Evil thrives when good people stay silent.”
