Former Chelsea defender David Luiz has predicted that Arsenal and Liverpool will be the main contenders for the Premier League title this season, challenging Manchester City.

Luiz believes that these two clubs are best positioned to compete with City, as other teams are still in a phase of transition and not yet ready for a serious title challenge.

David Luiz stated, “Arsenal is currently the team closest to challenging City, along with Liverpool. Other clubs are still restructuring and working their way back into title contention.”
