Nigerian singer Davido and his wife, Chioma Adeleke, touched fans’ hearts with a moving interaction on Instagram this week.

Chioma, who had stayed away from social media following the tragic loss of their son, Ifeanyi, in 2022, returned with an emotional post on Thursday.

She shared a photo of her wedding bracelet featuring Ifeanyi’s image and penned a heartfelt message, calling him her “best friend” who walked with her into forever.

“My best friend walked into me forever, Ify, you’re on my mind every day and you live in my heart. Always and forever. Love, Mummy,” Chioma wrote.

Davido responded to the post with a simple but poignant comment: “Till Infinity.”

Fans and well-wishers have flooded the couple with messages of support, sending encouragement as they continue to navigate their healing journey.

Ifeanyi tragically passed away in October 2022 after a drowning accident at his father’s residence on Banana Island, Lagos. Since the loss, Chioma has largely kept a low profile, making this latest post a deeply meaningful return to social media.
