Delta State Commissioner for Housing, Hon. Godknows Angele, has assured of quality project delivery by the Ministry under his watch.
The Commissioner also announced an end to the days of accepting shoddy jobs from contractors handling housing projects in the state.
Angele stated during his maiden meeting with staff of the Ministry of Housing in Asaba.
Describing his appointment was an act of God, Angele said the Ministry would ensure the success of the MORE Agenda of Governor Sheriff Oborevwori through meticulous implementation of housing policies of the state government.

The commissioner said he would personally visit project sites to ensure that contract jobs were done and delivered according to specifications, even as he urged the staff of the ministry to support him in realising his aspirations for the ministry and the state.
Earlier, the Permanent Secretary (PS) in the ministry, Pst. Emmanuel Aghedo, assured the commissioner of the competence of the staff to deliver on the mandate of the ministry.
Aghedo promised total cooperation just as he intimated the commissioner with the main objective of provision of housing by the ministry in the state.
Highlight of the meeting was the presentation of the handover notes by the PS to the new commissioner.
