Music executive Michael Collins Ajereh, popularly known as Don Jazzy, recently offered advice on handling critics.
He urged fans not to be bothered by criticism once they’ve achieved their goals, emphasizing that critics didn’t care during their struggles. Don Jazzy noted that paying attention to critics is merely a distraction.
On his X handle, Don Jazzy wrote: “Nobody cares about you when you are struggling and grinding. If you worry about what people think once you’ve made it, then you didn’t learn anything during your come-up and will end up back where you started. Worrying about others’ opinions, both during your grinding phase and after you’ve succeeded, is a distraction.”
