Comrade (Dr) Doubra Okotete, the immediate past Chairman of the Ijaw Youth Council (IYC) Western Zone has, has extended congratulations to His Royal Majesty, Elder Capt. Joseph Timiyan PhD (JP) on the occasion of his 19th anniversary as the Ebenanaowei of Ogulagha Kingdom.

Doubra, in a goodwill message on Tuesday, prayed longevity on the monarch with wisdom and prosperity in all areas.

“In the Spirit of worthy celebration, I congratulate my revered father and king, the Chairman of Delta Ijaw Traditional Rulers Forum, His Royal Majesty, ELDER CAPT. KING JOSEPH IJAWPEREBO TIMIYAN P.hD (JP), Torububou 1, Agbonu, the Ebenanaowei of Ogulagha Kingdom in Burutu Local Government Area, Delta State, on his productive 19th year reign on the ancient throne of our forefathers.
