DSS Deny us Access to Visit Nnamdi Kanu – Lawyer

Daily Report

The Department of State Services, DSS, allegedly denied counsels and family members of Nnamdi Kanu, the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, access to him in detention yet again.

Aloy Ejimakor, Kanu’s Special Counsel, revealed that the DSS denied them access to Kanu on Thursday.

According to Ejimakor, this is the third blockade in a row.

In a tweet, he claimed that the secret police used the same excuse they had previously used.

According to Ejimakor, the Nigerian government used the DSS to keep them from visiting Kanu while he was detained.

He stated that the government of Nigeria has used the DSS to blocked court-ordered access to Onyendu Nnamdi three times in a row.

“We came in force – my humble self, Ozekhome, Ejiofor, and Prince Emma.” This heinous tyranny will live in infamy and harden many hearts.”

Ejimakor claimed a few days ago that DSS officials denied them access to Kanu on Thursday and Monday last week.

According to Ejimakor, the secret police stated that the “Special Squad” assigned to receive them was on a separate assignment.
