A group under the aegis of Elite Youths Burutu, has congratulated the duo of Desmond Binebai and Tabai Bibobra, on their emergence as flag bearers of African Democratic Congress (ADC), for Burutu North and South Constituency respectively for the Delta State House of Assembly election.
The two candidates were declared winners during the ADC primary election, which held in Burutu, last week.
The group applauded the duo for displaying courage and tenacity, by towing in the path of the Not Too Young to Rule act.
A statement released by the group and obtained by Daily Report Nigeria reads in part;
“On behalf of the entire youths of Burutu, we send you warm congratulations on your victories.
“We commend you for answering the call to leadership even as young people, taking advantage of the Not Too Young to Rule Act.
“We wish you both all the best as you prepare to take up the responsibilities and challenges of liberating our people.”
