EFCC Arrests 24 'Yahoo Boys' In Lokoja | Daily Report Nigeria

Men of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC have confirmed the arrest of 24 suspected Internet fraudsters.

According to reports, the suspects were arrested following credible intelligence by the Abuja Zonal Directorate of the anti-graft agency in Lokoja.

The spokesperson of the agency, Mr Dele Oyewale, who confirmed the arrest in a statement released on Friday in Abuja noted that Items recovered from them include 30 phones, six laptops and three cars.

The suspects will be charged to court as soon as investigations are concluded,” Oyewale said.

Oyewale also enjoined Nigerian youths to come out and join hands with the agency to curb all forms of cyber crime in the country.
