EFCC Confirms Arrest of Cubana Chief Priest

EFCC Confirms Arrest of Cubana Chief Priest | Daily Report Nigeria

The report on the arrest of a popular Instagram celebrity, Pascal Okechukwu better known as Cubana Chief Priest, has been confirmed by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC.

DAILY REPORT NG had reported that the anti-graft body arrested Pascal at the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport in Abuja while he was traveling to Owerri, the Imo State capital.

He was arrested over alleged tax fraud and money laundering.

When contacted, the spokesman of EFCC, Wilson Uwujaren confirmed the report to DAILY POST on Sunday night.

The spokesman, however, failed to reveal details of the arrest, saying “I can only confirm the arrest to you, no details for now”.
