With notable victories in both the men’s and women’s categories, the North African nation secures the top position on the medal table, boasting a total of 165 medals, including 92 gold, 40 silver, and 33 bronze.
Following closely behind is Nigeria, occupying the second spot with a tally of 85 medals, consisting of 31 gold, 22 silver, and 32 bronze. South Africa, Algeria, and Tunisia round out the top five countries in the rankings.
Meanwhile, the host nation of All African Games, Ghana sits in sixth place on the medal standings, while Mauritius, Eritrea, Morocco, and Ethiopia complete the top 10 positions on the list so far.
