El-Rufai’s Wife Emerges Northern Governors Wives’ Chairperson

Hadiza El-rufai, wife of Kaduna state Governor, Nasir El-Rufai, has been elected Chairperson of the Northern Governors Wives’ Forum, NGWF.

The new executive members emerged after an election on Monday in Abuja.

Hadiza, unanimously elected for a two-year tenure, succeeds Amina Bello, wife of Niger Governor, Abubakar Bello.

Olufolake Abdulrazaq of  Kwara State was elected the Vice-Chairperson, while Anna Ishaku, Taraba was elected Secretary.

Asma’u Yahaya of Gombe was elected as Treasurer, Mariya Tambuwal, Sokoto is the Welfare Officer and Regina Lalong (Plateau) was elected Public Relations Officer.
