This is as a result of Tesla’s share price increase on Thursday, January 7, pushing him pass Jeff Bezos, who has been holding the title since 2017 and currently worth about $184 billion.
Musk’s wealth surged over the past years marks and indicate the fastest rise to the top of the rich list in history as he started 2020 worth about $27 billion, and was barely found in the top 50 richest people.
