#EndBadGovernanceInNigeria: 'Protesters Seek to Force Tinubu into Power Negotiations' - Keyamo | Daily Report Nigeria

Minister of Aviation and Aerospace Development Festus Keyamo has alleged that the #EndBadGovernanceInNigeria protesters aimed to force President Bola Tinubu to negotiate power with them.

Keyamo made the allegation in a post on his official X handle on Tuesday.

According to him, the protesters’ real intention was to create chaos and mayhem, which would then be used as leverage to extract concessions from the government.

Their real intention is to force the hand of Mr. President to negotiate power with them. It is as simple as that.

Keyamo also suggested that even if Tinubu were to redraft his August 4, 2024 speech multiple times, those with evil intentions would continue to justify instigating mayhem.

He believed that the true culprits were using innocent Nigerians as pawns in their game of power, saying, “The fall guys are the ignorant, but patriotic compatriots on social media screaming their heads off and the robbers and hoodlums that are rampaging on the streets.”

Furthermore, Keyamo alleged that “unseen hands” were currently playing a complex chess game of power in the country, hinting at a larger conspiracy at play.
