The House of Representatives on Tuesday honoured slain #EndSARS protesters at the opening of plenary.
This follows the ongoing protest against the Federal Special Anti-Robbery Squad of the Nigeria Police.

House of Representatives Speaker, Femi Gbajabiamila noted the disbandment of the SARS by President Muhammadu Buhari,and the Inspector-General of Police, Mohammed Adamu.
Gbajabiamila further said that the House will make provisions for the compensation of the slain protesters families in the 2021 Appropriatio Bill, as their names are being compiled.
One-minute silence was observed by the lawmakers in honour of the slain protesters.
